Tiger HR Hunter — Privacy Policy

What this extension is

Tiger HR Hunter is an internal recruiting tool built for Tiger Group's HR team. It is not intended for the general public and is not sold or distributed outside Tiger Group's own recruiting workflow.

What it collects

While a signed-in HR user is browsing a LinkedIn people-search results page or a Google search-results page, the extension reads the publicly visible profile information already on that page — name, headline, current company, location, and profile link — so those candidates can be added to the recruiting pipeline.

Where that data goes

Collected profiles are sent directly to the TigerHR AI Agent console, Tiger Group's own private recruiting system, using a write-only API key that the console itself issues to the extension when HR presses "Connect extension." The extension does not send data to any other party, and does not sell or share collected data with third parties.

What it stores locally

Using Chrome's local storage, the extension keeps only its own connection settings on the HR user's device:

• the TigerHR console's web address
• the write-only API key generated by that console
• the signed-in HR user's email address
• the currently selected vacancy / job requisition

No candidate or LinkedIn data is ever written to this local storage.

What it does not do

• It never reads, sends, or stores LinkedIn messages or other personal communications.
• It never sends an outreach message automatically — it only drafts one into LinkedIn's own message box, and a human HR user presses Send.
• It does not track browsing history, keystrokes, mouse movement, or physical location.
• It does not collect health, financial, or authentication information.
• It does not use or transfer any data for credit or lending decisions.
